We built the JHC infrared halogen lamp for one reason: to get PET preforms hot, fast, and evenly on blowing machines. It runs on 220V at 1500W, and it’s 350 mm long—dimensions chosen to fit the usual heating zones. That means the heat stays steady across the neck and the body, the way your process expects.

Power, voltage, and size—kept simple

At 1500W on 220V, the lamp pulls a steady load that lines up with typical factory line voltage. No fuss, no surprises. And the 350 mm length? It covers the whole heating area without letting the ends overheat. The 350 BfH rating points to a high-temp quartz envelope that can take repeated heating and cooling without the output fading.

What’s inside: halogen, quartz, and the right connections

Inside that quartz tube, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so the output stays consistent over time. No sudden dips. No drift. The infrared coating focuses the energy right where you need it—on the PET surface. So you heat faster, and you waste less heat on the machine frame. We also made it a direct drop-in. A standard R7s connector means it swaps in easily. And if you want extra stability, the Sk15 base option gives you a solid, vibration-resistant fit on the heater block.
